The West Virginia Highway Department has prepared a series of county road maps. These maps contain more detailed information about man-made features than the geological survey maps. In addition to roads and boundaries, these maps include rural communities, churches, and cemeteries. Our county map images have been cropped to better fit your screen. To view a map, click the desired county section below. To save a copy on your computer, while viewing the PDF image, click the diskette icon on your toolbar, then save to the desired location on your computer. (note: some counties have up to five (5) sections)

Present-day county road maps can be obtained from West Virginia Department of Highways, Map Sales, 1900 Washington St. East, Charleston, WV 25305. These maps show the location of many cemeteries.
